Our state-of-the-art campus was intentionally designed to be a place where all of our guests, regardless of ability or circumstance, can feel safe and at-home. Camp Cole’s 50 acres of beautiful and peaceful land are home to the Stacy Sawyer Welcome Center, the spacious Cassels Cafe, a stocked Medical Care Facility, 12 Courage Cabins that comfortably sleep over 200, a Nature Trail, a Turf Field, Peter’s Pond, a zero-entry pool, and our nearly 20,000 square foot activitiy center featuring a gym and breakout spaces. Southeastern Freight Lines Activity Center
Our 20,000 square-foot state-of-the-art activity center is the landing zone for inside magic. From covered porches and entryways to a traditional Gymnasium, an Artist Workshop, a Sensory Gym, Library, and a Movement Studio, the Activity Center allows us to welcome guests year-round, elevates our programmatic offerings & outcomes, and delivers a lasting impact on the communities we serve. Individual spaces within the Activity Center can accommodate anywhere from 24 to 400 individuals!
Stacy R. Sawyer Welcome Center
Mission Central for operations, our Welcome Center is where the Camp Cole journey begins. It is home to office spaces, a conference room for guests to utilize, breezeways, and a large activity space known as the Multi-Purpose Room.
Founders Federal Credit Union Medical Care Facility
The Medical Care Facility is one of the most important settings on campus. Complete with private exam rooms, waiting rooms, a nurse’s station, laundry facilities, and two spacious bedrooms, the facility ensures guests have immediate access to clean and safe facilities. You will also be provided with a list of equipment and medical supplies that are housed on site prior to your event. The Medical Care Facility is also home to 6 beds, 1 full bath, and 2 half baths. The medical care bedrooms are incredibly helpful for health care professionals and leadership staff to stay safe and close to the medical care facility.
Cassels Cafe
A fueling station for our guests, our Cassels Cafe features an industrial commercial kitchen. The Cassels Cafe features large pantries, multiple serving lines, a covered porch, and seating for up to 300 guests.
Courage Cabins
The Courage Cabins (12 individual cabins in total) provide comfortable home-away-from-home accommodations and each sleep 16. Each cabin has a large communal activity space perfect for fellowship among cabinmates, plus eight sets of bunk beds, a large bathroom with toilets and showers, and a front porch. Courage Cabins will accommodate a total of 190 guests. The staff cabin features 8 guest rooms with two twin XL beds in each accompanied by shared restrooms. The staff cabin is ideal for adults and professionals to stay while at camp.
